What to Expect After Your Healing Session

After your session you may experience a variety of feelings, both bodily and emotionally. Tammy has just helped you move out all that you were ready to release. Issues that have been stored deep down are now free to come into your consciousness. 

 

Here are several ways to deal with the feelings and keep yourself grounded and centered:​

  • Avoid stressful situations after your session.

  • A quick call or email is a good idea if you are having unusual difficulty/discomfort.

  • Take an Epsom salt bath. If you have baking soda around the house, put a handful in as well. Sit for 20-30 minutes. You may want to light a candle, pray, or read a good book. Epson salt releases toxins in your Energy Field/Body; along with hydrating your body. You can also rub Epsom salts on yourself in the shower.

  • Go to a park or your favorite place outside. Talk an easy walk. The body will ground its excess energy into Mother Earth.

Meditation
  • Honor what your body and soul needs. Emotions you have worked on releasing in your session may continue to surface.  Be gentle with yourself while the emotions clear.Love yourself through any emotional release.

  • Pamper yourself today as much as possible.

  • Drink a lot of water. It is crucial to be well hydrated after a session to reap the benefits from your session and not have physical discomfort in the coming days.

  • Be proud of yourself for taking steps to having a healthy body, mind and soul; and creating the life you truly deserve!
