Honoring the Light You & Your Animals Radiate

As I’ve been reflecting recently on the past year, I dropped into a deeper meditative space—inviting the gifts of 2025 to reveal themselves. Almost instantly, I felt the presence of the truly incredible people (and animals) I was blessed to connect with this past year. I could feel how interconnected we all are… how aligned we remain through the heart with a shared soul mission.

There are so many bright lights in this world—showing up for themselves, their animals, and countless other beings. They’re learning to advocate for their unique needs in ways that would have been unheard of decades ago. And most of these remarkable souls don’t even realize how extraordinary they are.

Please hear this clearly: You are one of those bright lights. And so are your animals. You are an essential part of how this planet is evolving into its next octave of consciousness.

I honor your soul for showing up again and again—for yourself and for your animal companions. I honor the way you continue to grow, learn, heal, and transform. Earth School brings days when you may wish you weren’t quite so brave, but remind the part of your psyche that needs to hear it this knowing: You are courageous simply for being here. And during the darker hours, reach for the part of your soul that knows with absolute certainty that you will be alright.

Today, I celebrate and honor YOU—your resilience, your wisdom, your willingness to keep taking one step forward in service to your inner evolution. I see your courage. I feel your desire to reveal more of your truest nature and hold more light than ever before.

Take a deep breath, place a hand on your heart, and speak this to yourself:

I am proud of myself for showing up.

I am proud of how far I’ve come.

I honor myself for continuing to seek to learn, grow, heal, and evolve. Even when the path has been hard, I kept reaching for the next octave of living.

Now take another breath and affirm as you step into this new year:

I align with the right and perfect people, animals, and light beings who guide me, show me the way, and remind me that I don’t have to be the strong one, know all the answers, or control anything to have my needs met.

I align with my thoughts and intentions sending beautiful ripples of consciousness through the universe. I set high vibrations into motion, bringing my creations into form with every desire and every whispered wish.

I trust my soul’s unique timing and open myself to the tide of universal love that is always rushing toward me, waiting in my vibrational escrow for the perfect moment.

You are amazing.
