Animal-Human Tandem Healing™ Practitioner
This page is for those who have completed — or are currently enrolled in — Tammy’s Animal-Human Tandem Healing™ Practitioner Training with The Shift Network and want to learn the full requirements and details of the certification process.
Certification is a separate and distinct step from the Shift Network training. It is here that the deepening begins — where you move from student to Certified practitioner, from learning the method to embodying and offering it with integrity, confidence, and grounded skill.
And you will not walk this path alone. Tammy is genuinely invested in your success, and the certification process is designed to surround you with the guidance, feedback, and community support you need to arrive at the other side — not just certified, but truly ready.
Are you eligible?
To qualify for the Animal-Human Tandem Healing™ Certification process, you must have successfully completed the 18-module Practitioner Training with The Shift Network (begins 8.5.26) and provide proof of your letter of completion.
Once eligibility is confirmed, you will be invited to complete a brief application sharing a bit about yourself, your healing journey, and what is calling you to this work.

To become a Certified Animal-Human Tandem Healing™ Practitioner, you’ll need to:

Show that you can facilitate professional, transformational Animal-Human Tandem Healing™ sessions with care, skill, and integrity.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow, and remain open to guidance and feedback.

Walk your talk–bring the same dedication to your own inner healing that you offer those you serve.

Pass the final certification test. Upon completing all required practice sessions, supervision hours and essays, and required reading, there will be a final certification test.
From there, you will be licensed to carry this method — and its trademark — into your work in the world.
Supervision Requirements
A minimum of 12 hours of group supervision is required to qualify for certification. These hours are accumulated through the monthly group supervision sessions included in your certification program fee. You may also choose to add individual supervision hours, which will contribute toward your certification requirement.
Important Notes on Supervision Hours:
•Supervision hours are earned through group or individual supervision sessions only — breakout room time and peer practice sessions do not count toward your 12-hour requirement.
•Those unable to attend live supervision sessions may watch the recording and complete a brief response form engaging with the key questions and insights from that class.
•Individual supervision sessions with Tammy are available separately at a 20% discount for those enrolled in the certification program.
Practice Session Requirements
To qualify for certification, you are required to complete twenty-two Animal-Human Tandem Healing™ sessions with a person and their animal companion. These sessions give you the opportunity to apply the method in real conditions, deepen your intuitive skills, and build the confidence needed to offer this work professionally.
Practice Session Guidelines:
•22 completed practice sessions are required in total.
•Sessions must be conducted with a variety of animal-human pairs — no more than 2–3 sessions with the same pairing.
•You are responsible for finding your own participants. Tammy will assist and provide connections as she can, but this is not guaranteed.
•A practice session form must be completed and submitted for each session for Tammy’s review and potential follow-up questions.

Certification Program Fee
For this inaugural graduating class only, the certification process is supported through a nominal program fee of $99 per month, billed for three consecutive months, or in one lump sum of $297.
This fee holds your place in all group supervision sessions, session recordings, peer practice opportunities, and your private online community space for the duration of your certification.
What’s Included:
•Four live, one-hour group supervision Zoom sessions each month, plus a 30-minute practice exercise in breakout rooms following each session. (Only the supervision hour counts toward your required certification hours.)
•Recordings of every supervision session, for those unable to join live.
•Optional peer practice sessions to refine specific skills and techniques.
•Potential access to practice animal-human pairs to support your intuitive skills, confidence and development.
•A private online community space for ongoing connection and support.
The Certification Journey Timeline
Before the certification journey begins, join Tammy for a free live Q&A Zoom meeting on Wednesday, December 16 at 3pm Eastern— a relaxed space to ask anything on your heart about the process, the commitment, or whether this is the right next step for you. The Zoom link will be shared with registered participants as the date nears.
The certification journey unfolds over 12 weeks, meeting Wednesdays from January 6 through March 24, 2027. Upon successful completion of the requirements for certification, Graduation will commence on Wednesday, March 31 — a sacred close to the work you will have walked through together.

If you’ve read this far and something in you is leaning toward yes — but another part is pulling back — you’re not alone.
Most of the people who find their way into this work arrive with at least one quiet doubt or fear that they haven’t said out loud yet.
Here are the ones most often expressed:
I don't have an existing healing practice to add this to.
You don't need one. This certification is for anyone genuinely called to this work — whether you're an established practitioner or someone who has loved animals deeply and is finally understanding that love as a calling. The 18-module training builds your foundation, methodology, and practitioner identity from the ground up. What you bring is the calling. The training gives you everything else.
I'm not sure I'm intuitive enough to do this professionally.
In 25+ years of healing work, the people who worry most about this are almost always the most energetically sensitive — they simply haven't learned to trust what they feel yet. Intuition isn't a fixed gift given to a lucky few. It deepens with the right support and framework. An early module is dedicated to helping you understand your unique intuitive wiring so you can lean into your innate gifts.
I'm not sure I'm ready — I still have my own healing to do.
You don't need to feel as if you are fully healed to do this work. The practitioners who show up most powerfully are on a very intentional inner healing journey. Part I of the Practitioner Training with The Shift Network is devoted entirely to your inner work and the energetic foundation that allows you to hold space for others without losing yourself. Awakened beings are always on the inner healing journey. If you arrive willing to learn and heal along the way, that is enough.
Licensing & Trademark Usage
Animal-Human Tandem Healing™ is a sacred and deeply relational body of work. Certification is based on integrity, emotional responsibility, a sincere willingness to keep growing, and the ongoing commitment to one’s own inner work. For this reason, Tammy reserves the right to approve, pause, or decline certification and annual renewal when a student or practitioner is not presently aligned with the values and energetic stewardship this work requires. This discernment exists to protect the integrity of the method, the wellbeing of those being served, and the future of this work in the world.
Upon successful certification, you will receive a license to use the Animal-Human Tandem Healing™ trademark and Seal of Mastery in your professional practice and marketing materials. This license is a privilege that comes with clear responsibilities to protect the integrity of the method and the trust of those you serve.
Upon Certification You Will Be Licensed To:
•Display the Animal-Human Tandem Healing™ Seal of Mastery on your website and in the marketing of your trade and practice.
•Use the Animal-Human Tandem Healing™ trademark in your professional marketing materials and session offerings.
•Identify yourself as a Certified Animal-Human Tandem Healing™ Practitioner.
All certified practitioners are required to sign an annual licensing agreement confirming their continued ethical use of the trademark and seal.
Maintaining Your Certification
Certification is renewed annually on your cohort’s anniversary date. Renewal ensures you remain current, connected, and committed to the highest standards of this sacred work.
Annual Renewal Requirements:
•Annual renewal fee: $44
•2+ hours of group or individual supervision completed within the renewal year
•Signed annual licensing and ethics agreement
Practitioners who do not renew annually will no longer be authorized to use the Animal-Human Tandem Healing™ trademark or Seal of Mastery.
