After years of suffering from tension headaches and migraines, I met Tammy and felt drawn to find out if Energy Therapy could bring me some relief when other treatments had not. Almost immediately, I saw relief with my headaches. Tammy explained to me that fear alters the location of the energy around us, and most of my energy field was around my head creating tremendous pressure. She taught me the importance of learning how to keep myself grounded, or "being fully present" in my body. Over several months of sessions I saw dramatic changes in my life as we chipped away at healing my emotional wounds.
