After
your session you may experience a variety of feelings, both bodily and
emotionally.Your Energy Therapist has just helped you move out all that
you were ready to release. Issues that have been stored deep down are
now free to come into your consciousness. Here are several ways to deal
with these potential feelings and keep yourself grounded and centered:
- Take an Epson
salt bath. If you have baking soda around the house, put a handful in
as well. Sit for 20-30 minutes. You may want to light a candle, pray,
or read a good book. Epson salt releases toxins in your Energy Field/Body;
along with hydrating your body.
- Go to a park or
your favorite place outside. The body will ground its excess energy
to a larger mass. Mother Earth will help you!
- Go do what you
enjoy and pamper yourself today.
- It is not recommended
that you put yourself in a stressful situation immediately following
an Energy Therapy session.
- Emotions you have
worked on in your session may come up later the same day or evening.
Give yourself a lot of room and honor what your body and soul needs.
- Always remember….a
quick call to your Energy Therapist is a good idea if you are unsure
what you are experiencing or need direction.
- Drink lots of water,
preferably distilled. It is crucial to be well hydrated after a session.
- Be proud of yourself
for taking the step to having a healthy body and creating the life you
truly deserve!
